By participating in the PrideLife event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consent for Photography: You understand and consent to the event organizers, authorized photographers, and/or media representatives capturing and using photographs or video footage of you during the event. These images may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes by the event organizers or their partners.
   
   
   2. Personal Privacy: While the event organizers strive to respect your privacy, it may not always be possible to control the actions of other event attendees or photographers. Please be aware that your presence at the event may result in you being inadvertently captured in photographs or videos taken by other individuals.
   
   
   3. No Expectation of Compensation: You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of photographs or videos in which you appear. You waive any claims or demands for payment or royalties related to the use of such materials.
   
   
   4. Responsibility for Content: The event organizers and authorized photographers will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any photographs or videos used are respectful and appropriate. However, they cannot be held responsible for the conduct or content of other attendees or photographers.
   
   
   5. Usage and Distribution: The event organizers may use the photographs or videos in various formats, including but not limited to print materials, websites, social media platforms, and future event promotions. The organizers may also provide these materials to media outlets, sponsors, or partners for the purpose of event-related coverage.
   
   
   6. Requests for Removal: If you come across any images or footage of yourself that you would like to be removed from event-related materials, please notify the event organizers in writing by emailing info@pridelifeexpo.org. Reasonable efforts will be made to address your request, but the organizers cannot guarantee the complete removal or cessation of use of such materials.
   
   By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and release the event organizers, authorized photographers, and their representatives from any liability arising from the capture, use, or distribution of photographs or videos in which you may appear.
   
   If you do not agree with any of the above, please refrain from attending or participating in the event.
